  • Last meeting – 6 weeks from retirement
  • Shared letter of gratitude
  • Met with Fr. Dave Belt to start transition discussions
  • Considerations of enrollment/recruitment
    • Recruitment must come from a place of positivity
    • Share the “Good News” of the upcoming 25th Anniversary


Stewardship Report:  Deacon Ernie

  • Strategic Plan: Disciple Maker Index data disseminated on May 2nd, 2017
    • Looking at strengths/weaknesses
    • Must dovetail with Archdiocese
    • Deacon Marty: Operations Manager
    • Deacon Ernie: Overseeing Spirituality


School Report:  Dr. Roseanne Williby


  • Middle School Highlights:
    • Duke Tip Recognition
    • Catholic High Schools Scholarships
    • Terra Nova Scores NP of the Mean NCE
    • 7th Student won Omaha Public Library Writing competition
  • Preschool Offerings:
    • Enrollment increased, therefore 4th Hi-5 classroom developed
  • Chess Club:
    • Organizational Meeting
      • Two meetings left for trial for next year
    • Staff Update:
      • Carrie Gentile – preschool – not returning
      • Renee McHale – not returning
      • Miss Kristen Roduner – 7/8 literature – not returning
      • Sharon Babcock – retirement
      • Julie Gorup – 3rd Grade moving to preschool
    • Parental Concern and Procedures:
      • Parent to contact teacher, if not resolved – request a conference with the principal – if further attention is needed, administration should be contacted


RE and YM Report:  Mary Maguire


  • Vacation Bible School
    • Full enrollment
    • Experienced volunteers returning
  • High School Graduation/Mass – Success
  • Confirmation Speaker: Deacon Ernie
  • Cooke dough fundraiser runs through September
  • Youth Ministry:
    • Summer Events are getting Scheduled
    • Adoration
    • Life Teen:
      • Core Team Certification
    • Youth Ministry Promotion
      • Improvements on marketing, including use of social media outlets
