Join us for 4 session in January as we learn about and discuss the life of Mother Teresa. Together we will read “Angels of Grace” by Father Anselm Gruen, OSB and will meet fifty “angels”, who are eager to teach us fifty virtues or attitudes as we strive to become the “gift” that God wants us to be. This prayer group will meet in the Daily Mass Chapel every 1st Wednesday of the month from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Babysitting available. The group will also offer additional days of prayer and fellowship as, together, we will visit some of our beautiful Catholic Churches in Omaha and surroundings. TOOL’s provides a solid spiritual direction for couples through a way of life promoting growth in married love, holiness and Christian community. The ministry purpose is to help each couple discover, in and through their Sacrament of Marriage, the riches and joy of married love as part of God’s plan and path to holiness. It is a way to grow in love of God and each other a little more each day and an opportunity to meet other couples who value married life. We will journey through the Psalms; God’s given resource for prayer. The Psalms express the whole span of human experience in the presence of God: joy and pain, love and hate, peace and dread, exultation and desperation. It has been said that there is a psalm for every life situation. Men’s Bible study meets the 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month, 7:30—9:00am in the So. Portable. Light Weigh - Bible study and Catholic Spiritual Weigh Loss Program The Light Weigh is a 12 week video series - Bible Study where you will learn a new approach to eating and to prayer. By following the Light Weigh, you will learn to attain peace with food by imitating the example of Jesus and the spirituality of two of His devoted followers; St. Ignatius of Loyola and St. Therese, The Little Flower.
